Whether you are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or heterosexual, Christopher Street Day is quite the unique and incredibly bizarre experience. If you think you’ve seen it all, I can guarantee you that you haven’t. Anything from assless chaps, muscular biker men, men in heels and naked women goes.
Welcome to Berlin’s Christopher Street Day Parade!
This year was Berlin’s 36th Christopher Street Day Parade which takes place on a few different streets in the city. Last year, over 1 million people from across the world took place in the CSD festivities.
Since this was definitely one of the most incredible and unique experiences I have ever embraced, I figured I would share with you the top 5 most incredible, outrageous sights of the day!
1. An old naked man in see through women’s tights
2. An athletic guy in his mid 20’s wearing soccer gear with Adidas red/white heels
3. A massive group of muscular biker men making out in the grass
4. Quite a handful of men and women naked wearing S&M chains and whips
5. Quite a handful of transgender men with beards
I would have loved to take more photos of the event, but most people felt uncomfortable getting their photos taken at this event. Given that many of them were naked and wearing chains…. I don’t think I blame them. Either way, I tried to snap some shots of this wildly creative event for you! I hope you enjoy this photo montage!
